Signature dishes from Japan, China, Thailand and India are prepared to order by specialty chefs in individual, open kitchens. This is authentic fare using only the finest fresh ingredients. As seasons comprise their distinct character, we trust
the simple taste of every dish is a Haiku to its country of origin.
Whether your mood calls for Japanese sushi and robata grills or Chinese dim sum and wok dishes, tempura or tandoori - there are any number of variations to indulge your tastes.
